Fabio immigrated to the United States in 1988. He began his real estate career as a real estate broker. Capitalizing on his network, Fabio began investing in and growing Russo Equity’s real estate portfolio, comprising residential and commercial assets, through a fully integrated real estate investment structure designed to execute intensive value-add strategies. Fabio later expanded Russo Group into the private real estate credit market. Today, he focuses on Russo Group’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Yvana Russo’s background as a real estate broker informs her work at Russo Group. She leads the group’s brokerage activities, with a primary focus on brokering real estate transactions.

Her role complements Fabio’s strategic leadership and Bryan’s oversight of the group’s three subsidiaries, bringing a dedicated brokerage perspective to the family’s real estate business.

Leads the three subsidiaries, operations, and legal matters.

Bryan began working within the framework of Russo Group alongside Fabio at age 17 and continues to do so today. At 23, Bryan became partner in Russo Group.

Bryan Russo earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. He was a member of the acclaimed Trojan Real Estate Association.

Bryan attended Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law on a full academic scholarship, served as President of the Real Estate Law Society, and focused his studies heavily on real estate law, business law, and estate planning.

Today, Bryan directly oversees and leads the Russo Group's three subsidiaries. As a licensed attorney, Bryan brings extensive legal knowledge directly into real estate ownership and operations. He owns and manages a portfolio of real estate assets and has founded multiple companies operating in the industry.
